The company LOICIA is not responsible for delays, losses, damages or theft of packages.
If the package appears to have been delivered, as evidenced by the carrier's register, no dispute regarding the delivery itself is possible.
The company LOICIA is unfortunately not responsible for carriers; no compensation will be issued in case of delivery delay.
In case of non-receipt of a package within the indicated times, an investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several weeks. During this period, no refund or re-shipment can be made.
In case of delivery dispute, the claim period with the company Loïcia is one month from the delivery date.
Do not contact Relais GLS or La Poste directly
In the event that the customer has chosen delivery via Colissimo, the customer must file a claim with La Poste: https://www.laposte.fr/reclamationentreprise/creer/conso or by calling 3631. They will be asked to inform the LOICIA company of this inconvenience so that solutions can be offered.
In the event that you receive a damaged package
Upon delivery, if you receive a package that has been damaged or plundered, you must write "subject to + the problem encountered (e.g., open bag, visible La Poste tape...)" on the delivery slip, then date and sign the delivery slip.
Remember to take a photo.
Otherwise, no claim can be taken into account.
In accordance with article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code, you have a maximum of 2 days from the delivery date (for shipments in France) to declare a claim to our after-sales service at sav@loicia.com, otherwise your claim will not be taken into account
Remember to take photos of the damaged merchandise, photos of the inside of the package showing the internal protections and how the merchandise was secured, and photos of the outer packaging with the delivery note visible
