You must register as a customer before placing your
order; this will give you access to your orders.
You can track the progress of your order using the confirmation email you received.
Once the package has been shipped,
you will be notified by email and the tracking number will be provided.
You will receive an SMS when
your package is available at the relay point or an email from La Poste
notifying you of delivery.
Card valid for 6 months from its purchase date in France.
Only one gift card per purchase.
Cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Can be used in one or more transactions up to its value.

You will choose your pickup location after payment, via the order confirmation email you receive. It can be changed until the relevant service prints the shipping labels
Mondial Relay reserves the right
to redirect packages to another drop-off point if the chosen one is overloaded.
We cannot intervene
unfortunately, no compensation will be made by Loïcia.
If you are unable to collect
your order, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded.
For your information, an 8-day deadline is applied to all parcels at Relay Points®. We are not responsible if the Relay Point returns an order before this deadline.
If the parcel is returned to the sender, it will not be sent back to the customer.
The amount corresponding to the order will be refunded, excluding delivery costs.
If the order exceeds €80, a flat fee of €4.99 will be deducted from the refund corresponding to the delivery covered by Loïcia.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to return your items to us.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you use the return slip to download here, indicating the date and order number.
Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained, with their tags and in their original packaging.
Returns can only be made by La Poste (we are not responsible for lost returns).

For hygiene reasons, tights are not eligible for return.
After receipt and verification of the return, we will proceed with a refund within 14 days using the payment method used when placing the order.

LOYALTY POINTS
Loïcia spoils you with our loyalty program!
For the loyalty program,
you must be a member to benefit from it.
Therefore, you must register as
a member before placing your order if you wish to earn loyalty points.
You cannot earn
points on orders placed before your registration.
You must redeem your earned points
for the small gift on the homepage and you will receive
a promo code by email.
The loyalty system
calculates points based on the order total excluding tax and shipping costs.
In case of returns or
refunds, loyalty points will be deducted from your earned points.
Loïcia reserves the right to
change the value of 1 point at any time.

CONTEST WIN
Items won in a contest are not refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with ongoing promotions.
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Please make a claim
by email to sav@loicia.com and you will be asked to attach photos of the
product so that our customer service team can verify the defect.
The claim must be
made within a maximum of 2 days after receipt of the item.
Beyond this, your claim cannot
be taken into account.
In the event of a return of the
defective item, and if the customer allows themselves to include a
different item than the one initially agreed upon, a fee of €8
corresponding to the weight of the surplus will be deducted from their
refund.
If the return was handled
by Loïcia and after verification, the item is not defective, the return shipping fee
of €4.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Installment payment
In case of a return, if you paid with Scalapay, the refunded amount will be deducted from your next installments if there are any remaining installments.
